Hi there! I'm Shirlee, and I'm a therapist who’s work is deeply rooted in my Christian faith. I'm passionate about walking alongside everyone ready to embrace change, find healing, and truly grow.

When I'm not in a session, you'll almost certainly find me spending quality time with my wonderful family. My weekends are often reserved for getting out into nature – think hiking a new trail, cozying up on a camping trip, or simply exploring the breathtaking beauty of our Pacific Northwest!

Ultimately, my goal is to create a truly safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel completely comfortable being yourself and exploring your growth path. As your therapist, I strive to embody the qualities I’d want in someone guiding me through my own healing journey: genuine compassion, an abundance of patience, and those gentle, encouraging nudges that help motivate you towards achieving your personal goals.

I genuinely enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and groups! My door is open to youth, teens, young adults, families, couples, and more. While I do have a rich toolkit of therapeutic approaches to draw from, I wholeheartedly believe that the most profound and lasting change truly stems from the unique and trusting relationship we build together.
